This place is incredible. Every detail is taken care of. The staff warm and friendly. The food options and wine were wonderful. Could not have been a more wonderful time and experience. We will most definitely be back!!

Our experience at Bruma was nothing short of spectacular. The resort is amazing, and the staff goes way above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We never left the resort and enjoyed all of the dining options which are also world-class.

The property is excellent in the middle of the desert. It’s beautiful. The only thing that I noticed is that it lack of proper signals that can guide you around the property. In regards of the property, Restaurant, you just can say it’s wonderful with one of the best cuisines I ever taste in Mexico. Fauna Restaurant is a very interesting concept of service due to the fact that they see you in long tables so you can mingle and talk to some other people that are not properly in your group. It’s very interesting. I like it now in regards of the winery, it was a pleasant wine tasting. I got two bottles, one red, one rosé of their wine. I have to admit that at the beginning it was a little rocky because I didn’t receive the welcome that I expected but the next day Ruth one of the managers of the place applied my VIP status and took me to a wonderful place that is called Casa eight there I enjoy the place we had breakfast next day prepared by the service people of the house and really enjoyed the stay For sure, we are planning to return in the near future and now knowing the place better take advantage of fall what it offers Again, Ruth was crucial in the better understanding of all what happened in my stay

Everything amazing as always! The best place to stay when traveling to el valle but why start charging for breakfast? It’s already the most expensive place to stay at valle , the breakfast was why we stayed with you all the time .

Me siento completamente defraudado. Reservé una propiedad a través de Expedia basándome en las fotos que mostraban ciertas instalaciones y comodidades. Sin embargo, al llegar, me encontré con que nada de lo que aparecía en las imágenes estaba disponible para su uso. Fue un engaño total, solo usan esas fotos como gancho para atraer clientes. Lo peor es que Expedia, en quien confiaba para respaldar mis reservas, no dio la cara ni asumió ninguna responsabilidad. Siempre reservaba mis viajes a través de su plataforma porque pensaba que me protegerían en caso de problemas, pero no hicieron nada por ayudarme. Definitivamente, no volveré a usar Expedia. Espero que tomen cartas en el asunto para evitar que más personas pasen por esta situación.

Increible el viñedo y el área nueva

Lovely room, but for the price, the touches aren't quite all there. We booked this hotel because we were dining at Fauna, their exemplary restaurant, the first night of our trip. Turns out Fauna is so far on the other end of the property that we still had to drive, kind of defeating the purpose of staying at Bruma in the first place. Room was very nice with a comfy bed, but a little lacking beyond that. The lighting in the room and especially in the bathroom are EXTREMELY dim, so it was difficult to see and almost impossible to get dressed and do makeup. Loved the shower, though. No TV or seating in the bedroom, which isn't that big a deal, but the light from the AC unit shines right at your face all night long. Our AC remote broke so we couldn't turn it off and were freezing cold all night, too. No phone in the room, so we couldn't call the concierge to let them know. The door to the room banged all night with the wind; we pushed our luggage against it to keep it in place, which sort of worked. And the construction on the property started right outside our balcony doors at 8 am sharp, so no sleeping in, either. All in all, Bruma has some lovely touches and incredible food, but for the price, I wouldn't stay here again.
