Tutto perfetto. Appartamento molto bello, tutto come descritto in foto, posizione straordinaria per raggiungere anche a piedi qualsiasi attrazione di Budapest. Consigliatissima.

Se non hai il cellulare funzionante o scarico non ti consegnano una chiave fisica che possa aprire la porta principale, dormi sul pianerottolo.

Very good located apartment, has all you need. The host welcomed us with 2 bottles of wine and that was very nice gesture.

The only thing I did not like is the air-con was too loud.

Zimno w mieszkaniu

Dotato di tutti i comfort, macchina per caffè, frigorifero, forno, microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, piano cottura ad induzione, doccia, tv, wifi. Posizione ottima, vicino a metro, bus, tram e al centro città e attrazioni maggiori, nonché locali notturni, ristoranti e piccoli supermercati. Tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi nelle vicinanze, compresi mercatini e vie dello shopping.

Da migliorare sicuramente è la dotazione da bagno in quanto abbiamo trovato solo un asciugamano corpo a persona per 4 notti, senza asciugamano per il viso e per l’intimo! La pulizia non era delle migliori, troppa polvere, soprattutto sulla testata del letto in velluto e sul divano anche quello in velluto. Il materasso è davvero molto duro e sembra appoggiato su una tavola di legno piuttosto che su doghe. 1 solo cuscino piccolo e duro per persona… Da host quale sono mi sarei aspettato un livello leggermente più alto e maggiore dotazione bagno e letto! La struttura è sicuramente molto bella ma è davvero fredda e non c’è modo di aumentare il riscaldamento dei termosifoni che funzionano a metà (dal lato del tubo è tiepido, dal lato opposto completamente freddo)! L’aria condizionata nella camera da letto non dava aria calda, nel senso che non usciva proprio aria nonostante abbiamo lasciato acceso per oltre 30 minuti a 26ºC e abbiamo rinunciato ad usarla! C’erano le capsule per il caffè e le bustine di tè oltre che caffè solubile ma nemmeno l’ombra dello zucchero che abbiamo recuperato nei bar e tantomeno non c’erano i tovaglioli. 1 solo bicchiere per acqua e 1 sola tazzina per il caffè in un appartamento per 2 persone… mi sarei aspettato piccoli accorgimenti in più!

Posizione top in pieno centro il forno era spettacolare in 10 min cucinavi quello che volevi

Wi-Fi non funzionante o poco aria condizionata si accendeva da sola e si spengeva da sola

Апартаменты красивые, просторные, чистые, есть все, что нужно. Очень приятно было находиться. Удобная кровать с хорошим матрасом. Есть маленькая терасса, где можно попить утром кофе, а вечером вино. Очень атмосферный дворик Хозяева были постоянно на связи и быстро отвечали на все вопросы. В апартаментах были чай, кофе. И приятным бонусом - бутылка белого вина. Удобное расположение.

Location and interior design

- The service was horrible: we supposed to arrive at 14:00 (check-in is at 15:00), all I asked is to please let me store my luggage in the apartment, I do not want to enter just keep my luggages there before actual check-in, and it was public holidays so most of the luggage storing points were closed too. They were unable to help and I had to pay 30 euro at a close luggage storage point just to keep my bags there for a couple of hours. Plus the additional stress made our stay really bad! - The bed was hard rock, we were hardly able to sleep - The water pipes must be old, cause the bathroom stinks like sewage - The rug in the living room is very dirty, I assume it’s supposed to be white, but it was grayish with lots of stains

Just like in the pictures. Central location. Not noisy. Clean and comfortable. All equipped.

No view to the outside, only to the inside patio. You only have keys to lock the door/gate in the front, but not the apartment one. Check in at 15. Check out at 10. There is a leaking issue inside the meter cupboard that needs to be repaired.
