"Booking.com have to ensure the Car parking along with the room booking. it was very painfull experie"

Only the cleaning staff was good and the reception was very rude and the security guards were not so cooperative related to the parking..

Even after having the room booking, i have to wait for the hotel parking for 3 days... whenever we do the booking same time Booking.com should arrange the hotel parking along with the room booking.. it was very difficulty to find the parking in Madina near hara.. going here and there with family to find the parking then coming by Taxis this is not a good experience. Booking.com must make sure for all your members to get the hotel parking when they book the room from that day till they check out from the hotel. when we book the room you must reserved the Car parking along with the room booking.
