USThe location is great. The concept is nice The bellman and restaurant staff are extremely charming.
I was moved in the middle of my stay to a room very difficult for me to access. I did not feel the hotel was particularly gracious in their handling of this inconvenience. The first room I was put in was very loud. The second room required climbing very steep stairs. For a ‘four star’ hotel of its price, these accommodations were not as expected.

Noisy with building work in some of the other hotel rooms which we weren’t warned about. Breakfast portions were quite limiting. It was a shame that there was no bar or option to get fresh drinks on the Monday and Tuesday we stayed.
USGBThis boutique hotel was centrally located in Condesa a short stroll away from Parque Mexico and all that Mexico City has to offer. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room was quiet and modern, very calming with earthy tones. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall amazing value for money and one of the best stays I’ve had, and I’ve stayed in plenty of 5 stars across the world.
A slight miscommunication around late check out but this was swiftly resolved and I was allowed to check out 1 h later than normal checkout time.
ATEines der schönsten Hotels in denen ich je war 🤩 ein unglaublich stilvolles historisches Gebäude mit moderner Innenarchitektur, fein ausgewählt bis ins kleinste Detail. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und nett, das Frühstück und Restaurant ist sehr gut. Der Cappuccino ist masterclass. Die Zimmer sind total ruhig im Innenhof, man taucht in eine andere Welt ein. Ich komme 100 % wieder. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, we love Condesa. Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.
