booked this apartment one week in advance, but unfortunately it was not prepared for new guests at all. The towels provided were wet, the apartment was not clean, and I even found a cockroach inside. The location was also misleading. There are actually two areas called Anza: one down by the coast and another further up the hill. Unfortunately, the apartment was in the upper area, which was much farther than expected. In addition, the balcony is shared with another apartment (not mentioned in the listing), and those guests used a very noisy washing machine at midnight, which made it impossible to sleep. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this apartment.

I stayed in this studio with my wife and our baby, and it was a perfect choice for us. The place was extremely clean and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s located in a quiet area, which made it easy for us to relax and feel at home. The studio was well equipped with everything we needed: strong WiFi, good air conditioning, a TV, and all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated the calm atmosphere and the attention to detail in keeping the space tidy and ready for guests.

L’établissement est impeccable rien à dire je recommande à 100 pour-cent. Merci pour cette accueil chaleureux.

Très mauvaise expérience, on a réservé parce que c’était écrit qu’il y 2 chambres à coucher, on était trois personnes. 15 min avant notre arrivée on reçoit un appel d’une personne qui nous dit qu’il est l’ami du propriétaire et que c’est lui le responsable de gestion du logement. Il nous dit qu’il a une seule chambre et pas deux et qu’il y avait une erreur sur l’annonce. Il nous propose de loger deux de nous dans le logement et la troisième personne dans une chambre en dessus moyenne des frais supplémentaires. Et puisque notre réservation était non remboursable on dû passer par le service client de booking pour être remboursé et nous avons dû chercher un autre logement à mi-nuit. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement du tout, faite attention.
