"I like everything about the hotel and the experience except the breakfast buffet."

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Nice spa.

The breakfast is of low quality compared to the rest of the hotel. Few choices. Food is not kept hot enough.

"Wish I could stay longer"

Incredible spa facilities, the best i've ever seen anywhere in the world. I could spend all day in there.

Just the breakfast could be a little fresher but I understand it's difficult when there aren't many guests due to the war.

"Great room and decorations."

Beautiful building. Great decorations. Lovely room. Comfy bed.

The stuff was ok. At a 5-star hotel, I expect 5-star staff. This was 4-star staff at best. They were just fine. Not special. Not great. Not 5-star exceptional. Just fine.
