Brand New room, very comfortable bed and amazing owner that is willing to help and gives us tips and recommendations. Good Parking near by, but not secured.

No iron and we had coffee machine without capsules... But it is really nothing serious, the experience was great.

Alessio is a great owner. He‘s very professional, friendly, caring. He deals with everything immediately. The room is very nice, comfortable, clean and the property was smelling so nice. There‘s a coffee mashine, hairdryer as well. We loved the location, less than 10 mins walk to the center and silent. The place is only 2 mins walk away. Price is also reasonable. We loved everything about this stay.
