"Заради платения паркинг и несигурния район заради разглобеното ми огледало съм разочарован"

Удобствата в хотела.

Не е обявено че наличния паркинг е платен 10€ за вечер. При запитване, нямаше адекватен отговор за това и при опит за отмяна на резервацията ми бе обявено, че може да не си получа парите обратно! А след като си оставих колата на улицата пред хотела, ми бе разглобено едно от огледалата!

We booked the apartment for three guests, but bed linen was provided only for the bed. There was no bedding for the sofa and no spare set available. For a booking made for three guests, all sleeping arrangements should be fully prepared in advance.

Improper cleaning and offensive staff when asking about late checkout. They should improve their attitude.
