Carbery Ridge by Grandeur Property

Location was excellent. Property is immaculately clean and beautiful! Towels were fluffy, toilettries and extra toilet rolls in the bathrooms, tea, coffee and sugar in the pots. Mattresses were comfortable.

The bed linen we had to pay extra for was not there on arrival. There were not enough plates, side plates, or forks, so we had to manage eating meals with spoons. We called Grandeur Property Management and Kyla was very helpful. She had the bed linen delivered. However, they were unable to deliver the plates and forks until the following day. We also reported that the balcony door in the twin room wouldn't open. There are no other windows to open in that room. Sadly they were unable to resolve this. The other strange detail is that the beds were doubles and not king size. The rooms are plenty big enough for king size beds so this would have provided more comfort. Unfortunately, these details had a big impact on the overall comfort of our stay.

Lovely house, clean, spacious rooms,

The house itself was lovely, TV great.

Key machine could be higher up, we are older people so found it difficult to bend down to release the keys. We could not use the hotplate, did not know to to turn them on, we tried and tried to no avail, so had no hot food. We looked everywhere for instructions but could not find any, spoiled my holiday, as I love hot meals, did email booking doc com, not answer. The top bedroom was far too bright no blinds there was also no way to reach the skylark windows and one had been left slightly open so heard the wind which was terrible, I did not have a good nights sleep.

The property was beautifully prepared and stylishly furnished. It was very comfortable with all the amenities, nice and spacious. It catered for all of our needs. Bath towels were nice and large and super soft! Notices in bathroom were useful. Having a large TV with Netflix was great.

The three seats weren't very comfortable to sit on for a long time. A second sofa would have made sitting all together as a family more comfortable. The bedside tables were very wobbly particularly the top shelf that wasn't supported very well. The two single beds weren't super comfy for tall adults. Liquid hand soap dispenser would be good to avoid waste with the little bar of soap and packaging. Lastly, provision of tea, coffee and sugar would be great!
