nice room,

they didn’t provide shower gel/shampoo, only soap. confusing check in instructions. and on my 2nd day, i cannot get into my room as the card not functioning and i had to wait 2hours for the receptionist to come and fix my card . what a waste of time. and the lift not working as well and you need to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor. not gonna come here anymore. seriously the worst experience i had so far being a traveller

super nice, easy to walk at sunway pyramid, easy to find bank and food

i already put for cleaning service unfortunately they not cleaned. should be double check again.. plus i stay about 3 days..
