Eszter's Lovely Downtown Apartment

Location is great.

Other than the location we didn't like the appartment at all! 1. The description is listing a sofa-bed but bedding linens were only for a full bed which is under the ceiling - watch your head is the must sign - it's less than 4.0 feet - must crowl to the bed and it's horrible to get down the stairs during the night to go to the bathroom. When i contacted the company - The company's response was that we must sleep in one bed ?!??? or request the linems in advance. They responded that we need to provide information about our sleeping habits... 2. Drain in the shower was plugged and even after the company sent a repair man - it was not fixed. 3. The TV set was broken and they came only to inform us that it can't be fixed. Never had a chance to watch TV for whole stay of 11 days. 4. Appartment was not clean - the sofa-bed was never moved and it was tons of the dust under it ' this is impacting the air for breathing. Picture is attached. 5. Under the vanity and around the shower I found black mold (picture is attached). Don't rent it!

Good price for the value

The tv didn’t work, I let them know, before they messaged me that the washing machine is not working and someone would come to repair it so I had to leave, but no one came and they were not able to fix the tv. The bathroom was not the cleanest.

Lo sucio que estaba, había pelos por todos lados , en las sábanas y las toallas sucias, le pedí que me las cambiasen y nadie vino a traerlas. A la hora de entrada y de salida no son nada flexibles a las 9;50 estaban tocando la puerta para que saliésemos. No sé qué tienen tanto que limpiar 5 horas si luego estaba todo bastante sucio sobre todo la ropa de cama y el baño.

Great apartment in the very center of the city. Check-in was super easy thanks to the clear instructions — everything was well explained and convenient. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a slight smell of dampness at first, but it went away after airing the room. We also had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the host responded quickly and helped us solve it. The location is amazing — all the main sights are within walking distance.
