The water pressure was too slow, and the bed sheets and blankets were not replaced. How do I know? Because when I opened the blanket, I saw dirt marks and even blood stains. When I tried to clean it with a wet tissue, the stains could actually be removed. I was also fined because the floor mat towel had stains from the wooden floor in front of the hotel bathroom itself. Now, please explain to me where exactly the towel is supposed to be placed if not on the floor in front of the bathroom. The fine itself is not the main issue, but logically speaking, especially the housekeeping staff on duty on 31 August 2025 (Monday/9:30 a.m.), was extremely rude when questioned why a guest should be fined for something that was not their mistake. I also find it strange—if it is indeed a fixed rule that any stained towel will incur a RM20 fine, then why was the fine reduced to RM10 after we questioned it? Does this mean the fine amount can simply change at will?
