Lulu was super friendly and helpful. The pool was great.

The room was tiny, no white bedding, the room had a weird smell, the tea coffee area was not convenient to use, tiny. Outside room view not great, the shower nozzle should be changed. The breakfast was not great, no fruit, mushy eggs, had to ask for bread and hot water for tea

what you see is what you get. extremely caring, accommodating and helpful staff. pool was great and the ducks the perfect pets for my almost 2 year old. would come again!

"One of the best in NRB"

Breakfast was okay (That's all I can say). The room was clean and the host was nice and friendly making it easy for as to communicate with her. I like the dogs, the pool was nice and clean.

Nothing really, i will be visiting Umuzi again soon.
