Villa Le Terrazze

Our stay at this property was extremely unpleasant and unsafe. The AC and Wi-Fi did not work, and at around 2:30 AM the electricity went out completely and never came back. This left us without lights, water, or basic living conditions. I tried to contact the owner several times, but he never responded. Traveling with a toddler, this situation was unacceptable and very stressful. We had no choice but to leave in the morning and book another place immediately. I strongly advise Booking.com to review this property’s listing, as it is not suitable or safe for guests.

La struttura è veramente bella, può ospitare fino a 10 persone e gode di spazi aperti ampi; vista mozzafiato su Cefalù e sul mare siciliano.

L’agenzia che gestisce la struttura si è dimostrata a più riprese assente a fronte di nostre richieste o di un imprevisto legato ad un blackout. Diversamente il signor Lino si è prodigato alla una di notte per permetterci di aver almeno l’acqua fredda in casa a fronte di un blackout per forte temporale

Die Villa liegt ausserhalb/oberhalb von Cefalu und ein Auto wird benötigt, um an die Strände und in die Stadt zu kommen. Es hat auch Zugverbindungen. Das Haus ist großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bequem. Keine Lärmimmissionen, Traumaussicht... Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und unterstützend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat tolle Strände vor dem Haus (3min) oder in der Altstadt von Cefalu. Es war ein toller Aufebthalt, der keine Wünsche unerfüllt ließ. Herzlichen Dank.

The terrace at Villa Le Terrazze is truly stunning, offering panoramic views that are hard to beat. However, the villa itself could benefit from some updates.

The villa itself could benefit from some updates. There was a strong musty smell upon arrival, and the interior felt dated with minimal equipment provided. Security was a concern, as the main entrance door couldn't be locked, and we weren't informed about this beforehand. Additionally, the villa lacks a specific address, making it difficult to locate. While the view of the sea is beautiful, it's worth noting that a nearby highway, not visible in the listing photos, is quite audible from the terrace, which detracts from the overall ambiance. With some improvements, this place has great potential.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cefalu. The position of the villa and the view are fantastic. Pietro is very helpful. Villa is clean, with beautifull terases. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time. The villa is perfect, cosy, with breathtaking see views. It was clean and comfortable. Very kind staff :)
