BREZZA DI LEVANTE

The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need (including every mosquito killing machine you can imagine). Nico was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is a few minutes drive to the old town area and has its own pebble beach, which we really enjoyed.

I liked everything but take it into account that: the living area is a bit small for an extended period of time (we were there for 2 nights, so it was no problem for us). If you have mobility issues or small children, access to the pebble beach is not really possible due to steep stairs. It is a 40 minute walk to Cefalu old town, with steep hills on the way back. You don't have sea views from inside the apartment. For us it was a great apartment though and we would stay there again.

The apartment is clean, quiet, has all you need and fantastic views. Nino was the perfect host.

The property was very clean, comfortable and modern. The view of the apartment is amazing and also with free acess parking. Few minutes away from the beach and nino was very helpful

The turn from main road is quite awkward if driving or walking.

Perfect place with an amazing owner. Nino always met with all of our wishes. We could reach him at any time with success. We had problem with our GPS on the day of arrival, but there was no problem at all, because Nino looked for us on the streets in the evening in order he could show the route to the accomodation. He made us even a private boat tour that we loved very much. He was our sailor, our guide, our photographer and even more, like a friend. I fully reccomend for everyone. We spent perfect 4 days there.

We liked everything!

- Modern apartment, fully equipped - Gorgeous garden, with a lovely view of the sea, two swings and places to sit and relax - Private patio (unfortunately couldn’t stay too much because of the mosquitoes) - Confortable beds - Big parking in the garden - Supermarket - 7 min away, by car - Conad or MD

- Entrance is very easy to miss, there is a small sign but it says “Sea House”, not Brezza di Levante - Sitting area quite small, feels a bit crowded for 4 persons, but you get used to it. - I found the “towels + bed linens” fee of 15 euro/person ridiculous to be applied on a 2 years old child (came with my own towel for him) - Not a downside itself, but one must know that you can only get to Cefalu old town and beach by car, there are no pedestrian routes down to the city

Very clean and excellent location to town centre. Great views and easy access to private beach. Nice patio area, but unfortunately lots of mosquitoes hampered sitting outdoors.

Very small bedrooms. Small appliances didn’t work well. Need to bring all food supplies if you wish to cook own meals.

The website claims there is an "outdoor swimming pool" here. There is NO SWIMMING POOL at this apartment. There are a number of hotels nearby with swimming pools, the charge for access is €25 PER PERSON PER DAY. The private "beach" is a small very rocky inlet with no sand, not suitable for sunbathing.

small, high tech, comfortable and clean, location is excellent, parking facilities on site, small kitchenette, lovely holiday home!
