The property was very clean, the staff were incredible when we close the door with the keys inside 😂. The view from the balcony was really nice and we could easily achieve tamarindos beach by car where we spent a couple of hours!

The internet connection was not so good :(

Great location and view, close to the beach which was lovely. Food was quite good and reasonably priced.

Staff does not speak English despite it being advertised as so. Only the manager speaks minimal English and we agreed on Spanish as a good alternative for both of us but he continued to speak to me in Portuguese. Wifi is actually just a dongle that ran out of air time very quickly (which they said was my fault for playing videos, which I didn’t) and no one seemed to care that it was out. Since neither of my international plans worked in São Tomé, without wifi I had no internet access and therefore could no longer use a translate app to effectively communicate with the staff. They offered to have me pay with a bank transfer, but that has been a big hassle so would recommend paying only in cash (Euros).

Gorgeous location offering a stunning view over Praias dos Tamarindos (5-10 min walking distance). Zen atmosphere with the sound of waves, crickets at night and birds during the day. The owner Adi and his staff welcomed and treated us as we were in a 5* establishment. They were very accommodating day and night. There are 2 identical bungalows with a huge terrace. They are set in the middle of the plantation. The bed is comfortable and the fan works powerfully. Hot water with good pressure went the pump is on. The food is exceptional at a very good price. We had a gastronomical tasting for our first night. Ingredients are mainly from their plantation and according to the catch of the day for the seafood. Their fresh Cajamanga juice is addictive. We initially planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 4 nights. We really enjoyed our experience, the kindness and the smile of this place.

Very nice small bungalow style accommodation. Very clean and nice rooms. Good view from your balcony. Very good breakfast. Beach very close.

The restaurant serves only tasting menu (otherwise a very good thing) but if you stay there longer then you want different food.
