Appartement insalubre et sale avec cafards, le ménage n’est pas du tout fait. Il s’agit en fait de l’ancien appartement de la propriétaire qui le loue, c’est donc plutôt un airbnb. Compliqué avec porte qui ne ferme pas du tout ou avec peu de sécurité, même si il y a une porte grille avec cadenas ( que l’on peut facilement fracturer ). À décliner. L’information n’est pas donnée sur le site de location. Stylish homey lux n’est pas adapté. Pas certain que le contrat de location initial permette ce type de business….
