Great place to stay for a few days or longer. Spacious living-room, huge kitchen and roofes terrace.

Air conditioning was not working properly and was a bit noisy

La casa è grande e bellissima, arredata con cura e con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Si trova a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, attaccata ad un supermercato e molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria. Il proprietario è super disponibile e gentile.

Il nostro soggiorno a Polignano a Mare è stato semplicemente meraviglioso! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, accogliente e arredato con grande cura. Posizione perfetta: a pochi passi dal centro storico, e dalla celebre Lama Monachile, ma una zona tranquilla che garantisce silenzio e relax. La terrazza è un vero gioiello, è stata il nostro angolo preferito, ideale per una colazione al sole. Il check-in è stato facile e l’host è stato sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto a darci consigli utilissimi come ad esempio la gita in barca, un’esperienza che ci ha lasciato davvero senza parole, assolutamente imperdibile! Vedere la costa dal mare, entrare nelle grotte scavate nella roccia e nuotare in acque cristalline è stato qualcosa di unico. Il nostro skipper Riccardo era simpaticissimo, preparato e ha reso il tour ancora più speciale con racconti e aneddoti sul territorio. Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comfort, bellezza e autenticità. Ringraziamo nuovamente di cuore l’host per la disponibilità e i consigli preziosi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Perfect communication with the host, free parking, very biiig apartment with huge balcony and kitchen, modern and clean. Also the host organized a boat tour with discount for us. Penny market right next to the apartment and good walking distance to the center.

Great, spacious apartment. The terrace was excellent, spent there many hours. Location was perfect for me - away from the crowded city center so you can relax on the terrace but still close enough so you can get there quickly (about 10 mins walk from the sea). Also very close to the railway station. Big shop few metres away. I'd definitely book this apartment again if I ever were to come back to Polignano

Sofia`s apartment was big, bright and spacious. It was very clean and modern. Access to the apartment was easy as our host Michael met us there and gave us all the necessary information. The bed was comfortable. The terrace was a great addition and very large. The location was very good with ample free parking available beside the apartment. The apartment was reasonably priced for our 8 night stay. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk to the centre of Polignano a Mare, which is a lovely town to stay in. I would highly recommend this property.

A washing machine and kettle would have been useful.

Note there is a flight of stairs to the property. Overall very big apartment, we were 2 people but could easily fit a lot more.

Outside gate is hard to lock but host said not necessary, there is another gate via the restaurant next door that is always open anyway Terrace can be noisy as the road below can have a lot of cars Terrace view not as nice as I thought it would be, quite a lot of buildings obstructing the view as the apartment is not very high up.
