the location was perfect for sunset viewing.

everything was almost perfect but the room didn’t have an Ac however it is cold at night but better to go out and explore during the day

staying near the beach shore — stargazing & reading. they have a store that sells shakes, bfast, water & beer. They also offer laundry services. Also, liked very much that they had a generator, good wifi, flowers, space to dry our clothes, seats on the porch, mini-ref & huge CR. Location is near to places we wanted to go to like Tubod Marine Aanctuary, Pitogo Cliff, Lugnason Falls, etc. except for the restaurants that were centered in San Juan City Proper. However, the nearby restaurants were good too.

Construction was ongoing during our visit for both KADIJ & the accommodation in front of us. We wish we could have had a discount. Noise can be heard from inside. Wish we could have a mirror outside the CR but the windows also work. I'm a bit sensitive to smell, so epoxy & the aircon were noticeable.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Because the host lives right next door to the room, I felt even more safe and secure during my stay. Since the property is located away from the main road, there was no motorcycle noise or roosters crowing—just the peaceful sound of crickets. I chose this place because I wanted to go diving at Tubod Beach often, and it was amazing being able to head out there anytime from morning until sunset. You can straight into the water just by walking down the stairs. (watch out for sea urchins hidden among the seagrass!) It was also great that the fridge was stocked with water and beer, saving me a trip to the supermarket. Sitting on the chairs in the yard, watching the sunset, and listening to the sound of the waves made me incredibly happy.

The room was smaller than I expected, and there were traces of mold on the pillow stuffing, leaving a musty mold smell lingering in the room. We also experienced two power outages during our 6-day stay. ants kept getting into the room, and the entrance door felt very flimsy and insecure.

The one messaging me on the app was friendly, the place was simple and quiet, the garden and view were beautiful, and they even got us a ride going back to the port.

While this applies to most stays in Siquijor, there could have been more water pressure from the shower.

La localisation est top, accès direct à la plage de Tubod en nageant un peu. Le coin est calme, et la cabane est propre. Parking pour scooter à l'entrée puis petit chemin pour y accéder. Il y a une belle vue quand on va sur le côté où il y a les transats.

La pression de la douche est vraiment trop faible. La vue de la cabane donne directement sur des travaux et non sur l'océan.

J’ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel, l’emplacement est génial, c’est tellement agréable de se réveiller et d’avoir la mer à côté.
