Island Blue Naxos

We loved this place! It was like our own private piece of Naxos! The action of the old town and waterfront is minutes away but the apartment itself is very private and quiet - and it matches the pictures perfectly! The space is so well thought out, handy power points above the couch for example. The kitchen has everything and the shower includes a rain shower head. Paul, our host, was lovely and helpful meeting us at the port when we arrived (only a short walk) and was available if we had questions about the island.

The only thing I’d flag is the stairs to enter the apartment, which are very common in the area, and are only a few but steep. The listing states this, Paul was able to help us with luggage and for my friend and I (in our 30s) it was no issue entering or leaving. The benefit of the tricky stairs is loads of natural light and being away from the street.

It was well located near the port and main town. The host was the most helpful and the apartment was comfortable with everything you need. The lovely patio added to the cycladic charm of the apartment and the lovely apartment made our stay in Naxos so wonderful .

Perfect location, moments from tavernas and port yet very quiet. Very pretty and spacious. Large shaded terrace and a cute balcony. Strong air con. Comfy bed. A choice of pillows. Perfect hosts. Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed in Naxos.

Great location, fantastic experience! The apartment was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hosts are a lovely, friendly couple. The balcony and patio are great for morning and evening outdoors, just about perfect in every way.

The stairs leading up to the apartment are tall and steep — not a problem unless you or someone in your party has mobility issues, but worth noting if that's a concern to you.

The room was great, nice size and very comfortable and a wonderful location if you like to be in the old town. It was quiet despite being only a few steps from restaurants and shops in the narrow lanes. Paul, the host, was accessible and responsive. He gave great support when our ferry from Paros was cancelled due to wind. We rebooked on a midnight ferry, which was then rescheduled to 3.40am and eventually arrived late at 5.20am. Paul kept in touch, tracked our progress through the night and met us at 5.20am to take us to the room - superb support. His cat was a character! A great stay.

The location was beautiful and very close to the Old Town Market. Great views and facilities. Hosts were very friendly and helpful- gave us plenty of local tips and recommendations regarding the island. Would very much stay here again.

The apartment was very cozy, bright, clean and the little terrace is very nice. The area is perfect, since it‘s a quiet area, but you‘re still very close to restaurants/shops/bus station and the port. Paul was very welcoming, a helpful host and was available at any time. Everything went super smoothly and I really enjoyed my stay - I will definitely come back :)

In a quiet but central location in Old Town Naxos. Very comfortable bed, great shower, had everything we required and very clean. Lovely terrace to relax in. Owner was very helpful and available when needed. Local super market a minute away, restaurants also very close, yet apartment was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend! (Steps leading to gate are steep but we had no issues - inside everything on one level.)
