Celý pobyt nám začal vrúcnym prijatím majiteľov, ktorí nám hneď spríjemnili náladu a priblížili nádherné Spoleto. Apartmán bol výborne zariadený, terasa s krásnym výhľadom, všetko čo človek potrebuje či už na jednu noc alebo na dlhšie. Rovnako ako ubytovanie nás očarilo krásne mestečko ktoré veľa skrýva a oplatí sa ho objavovať. Škoda že sme nemohli zostať dlhšie. Určite sa vrátime.

L'appartamento è un concentrato di stile e cura dei dettagli, accogliente e funzionale. Ho trovato un livello impeccabile di pulizia. I proprietari mi hanno accolta con ospitalità, preparando un kit di benvenuto molto utile per pianificare la visita di Spoleto! Si trova a due passi dalle scale mobili che portano direttamente in centro, un plus non da poco! E come non parlare del gioiello della casa: un terrazzino con una spettacolare vista sulla città davvero incantevole....🫶

La posizione per visitare il centro città

Perfectly located, the building stands literally on the ruins of the roman amphitheater. A few steps to the escalators to take you up to the duomo or the fortress. The cleanliness deserves 11 points out of 10. Everything new, spotlessly clean. The bed very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. I made use of the washing machine, as i was hiking every day. Parking in front if the building was every day possible, costs only 5 euro/day. Getting in and out by car was easy, as it is not up on the hill, but at the foot of the hill. There is a small terrace, with great view. Communication with the host was easy. One of my best experiences ever in Italy!

Lisa is an amazing host who has thought about every aspect of making a stay as easy, informed, and comfortable as possible. (She provides all sorts of information and even insisted on carrying my suitcase up the stairs for me!) The flat is charming and well located for ease of parking, an excellent supermarket within walking distance (and with a parking lot), a gelato & pastry shop nearby, and it is within a 4 min. walk for taking the escalators up to the Rocco, the famous bridge and the old town with its magnificent Duomo.

Beware: Spoleto, like Perugia, is exhausting to try to walk around: so many stairs! I was going to cook stuffed artichokes until I noticed there's no oven in the flat. The bathroom is tight and the shower very small (difficult for my large husband)

From the moment we arrived, our stay was absolutely wonderful! Lisa and Andrea’s welcome was just lovely as was the introduction to the celebrations of Pasqua and Pasquetta, what to do, where to eat and more. The apartment was exquisite in its central position, renovation and appointment, with a wonderful blend between of and new. Lisa has a wonderful eye for interior design! The kitchen had every appliance (including three different coffee making apparatus 😀). The apartment was spacious (65 Sq m?), lovely bedroom with (15th century) exposed beams throughout. It was above and beyond our expectations. The jewel was the veranda with 180 degree views of much of the old city. Amazing hosts and we will be back to beautiful Spoleto.

clean, welcoming, well located, spacious

This is the cutest best equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect and walkable to all Spoleto sights with the escalator up to the historic town a 4-5 minute walk away. Sights from the patio are great. It’s decorated so cute and has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen does not include an oven or dishwasher but I didn’t miss either of those things. Everything else is there. Beds are comfortable. The bed in the smaller bedroom will only hold one person so just know that. Bathroom is a little small but fully does the job. Appreciated having a washing machine. This spot made me love Spoleto and if I was ever there again I would stay in the same spot

I liked everything. I can not think of one downside.
