Un soggiorno perfetto, location unica, posizione ottima, la propietaria Lucia veramente molto disponibile. Un unico difetto, purtroppo ho potuto fare un solo giorno a Matera perché ero di passaggio con il mio viaggio itinerante in bici. Straconsigliato se cercate un posto unico e indimenticabile.

Perfect location with very friendly hosts ! And a nice view at the Sassi di Matera.

Location was great. Easily accessible to all the walks around Matera. The host was really lovely and helpful. Fridge was handy. Bathroom and room were Much bigger than average rooms in Italy. A pastry, milk and juice popper and coffee was a nice surprise. Roof top was great with the little chunky bulldog to pat.

Great location, very close to cathedral and easy for taxi dropping off. Lucia give great restaurant recommendations! Traditional Italian restaurant in a cave setting.

Alt. Den skønne tagterrasse er noget helt særligt. Fint moderniseret badeværelse, smagsfuld original indretning på det rummelige værelse. Udsigten fra vinduerne er noget særligt at vågne op til. Vores hunde var meget velkomne og vi havde et vidunderligt ophold. Temperaturen på værelset var meget behagelig, vi havde slet ikke brug for AC (det er dog tilgængeligt). Der er et lille TV med fint signal, og vores telefoner havde fin 5G adgang fra boligen, også indendørs. Køleskab, kaffe, drikkevarer, stikkontakter ved sengen. Lucia er den perfekte vært, og fuldt tilgængelig ved spørgsmål og skæve behov eller anbefalinger. Vores bedste vært i Italien!!

Beautiful stay in Matera. The location is incredible, right in the Sassi area and very close to the Duomo, with amazing views and a truly special atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, I also appreciated the coffee machine, water, and all the thoughtful little details that made the stay feel welcoming and relaxing after long days walking around the city. Lucia is truly lovely — always attentive, warm, and able to make you feel at home from the very beginning. I had a small inconvenience when some of the bed linen accidentally got stained, and although I felt terrible about it, I informed her right away and her response was incredibly kind and understanding. Her warmth and receptiveness made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole stay. A perfect place to experience Matera while still feeling calm, authentic, and cared for. I would definitely stay here again.
