Everything is just excellent! Big and comfortable house. In the kitchen area there is everything for a comfortable residence. Convenient location, a 6 -minute walk from the central railway station and buses to airports. Bus stop in Venice, tobacco kiosk for buying tickets and ALI SuperMercati are also on walking distance. The settlement is remote. The owner of the house Stefano provided all the instructions and a lot of useful information. Thank you Stefano! Attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

"A Good Stop in Venice"

We were traveling with 4 people, and the 2 separate rooms with real beds was great. And the apartment is HUGE! Lots of space. And the communication with the host was great.

The road noise was pretty loud, considering it wasn't in the center.

"Great location, cozy stay & amazing host!"

This cozy, clean and spacious property is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the grocery store (Ali supermercati), delicious restaurants like 'Il Giardinetto' and the ticket machine (tobacconist) to purchase the bus tickets to visit Venice. The bus stop is also nearby! Very convenient. The host Stefano was extremely kind to provide a lot of useful information that made my family's trip easy and enjoyable. Really appreciate it, Stefano! The house had all the necessary amenities such as hot water, heater, fast WiFi, etc. We would stay in this location again. Highly recommended!

"Excellent stay in very spacious apartment"

Stefano was very helpful in providing information about getting around in the area and which busses to take where. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The free wifi was fast. The washing machine was a bonus after being on holiday for 14 days already! MEGA Marghera supermarket just around the corner is huge and the prices are good. If we ever go toe Venice again, we will stay at Noemi House again!

The only suggestion we have is bathmats for the showers for when you get out, especially when stepping out of the shower in the bath.
