حجزت الفندق على بوكنق ولما وصلت اكتشف ان الفندق مغلق من حوالي سنة وبعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء في بوكنق لم يقوموا بحل المشكلة ولا بارجاع مبلغ الحجز الى هذه اللحظة

Hotel was closed for renovation. We had to check in another hotel paying more money. We want the credit for not staying in that hotel. Hope to hear from you soon.
