The room lay out was great.

I had a huge problem with the people next door (it had an adjoining door) dog barking all hours of the day and night. When I first brought up the problem, I was dismissed because it's a "pet friendly" hotel. I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never had a problem with this. My daughter went down about ten hours later because once again the dog was out of control and was informed that they had many complaints and they were looking into it. I did receive a text later that night saying the dog was takin care of. Great, but what about the fact that the night before I was up all night long with an out-of-control barking dog, and was originally dismissed. It was the worst 24 hours I have ever stayed in a hotel. I will never go back to a StayApt, and will highly discourage other people from getting a room here.

It was very safe!!! Comfortable beds and a nice kitchen set up
