"A tucked away gem."

It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Access was easy after our instructions arrived. The communication with owners was quick and very thorough. It has everything you need if staying for Blackpool but slightly out of the way, making it an ideal place away from the more touristy places. We (4 of us) were highly impressed and wholeheartedly recommend it.

There are really no negatives. One thing that did flummox us was with the tram as the line had been dug up for maintenance before the summer season gets going which is not the fault of the property.
