GBThe property was good in terms of very centrally located in Blackpool near a lot of the attractions. Beds were very comfortable and a good nights sleep was had from both of us.
Upon booking through websight, I left a message requesting a lower floor rooom. Upon arrival this message clearly hadn’t been opened or read, as we were given a top floor room. I did query this, and they apologised and gave us a room a floor below top floor. Attentive to detail, if the staff let us know this was not possible to have a LOW floor toom, we wud av stayed elsewhere. This is not a criticism of the staff, clearly just a mobility problem condition with my legs.
GBLocation was good, clean room, towels provided, friendly staff.
Room was tiny, the tv wasn't connected to the aerial, the shower tray had a crack in it, the bed was smaller than a double size for 2 people, the Wi-Fi had a poor signal and disconnected often.

My bathroom was so small and the shower curtain allowed water onto the floor.
GBLisa and Lee were so friendly and helpful. Lovely, lovely people. The room was great and comfortable and the hotel is very near to the town centre. My friend and I are planning to return to the hotel asap and would consider it before any other accommodation.
