GBGBGreat location to the Winter Gardens. Also the bunk beds were built into the wall and were more than suitable to hold an adults weight. So 4 adults can share 1 room.
GBLike the reviews I read the staff were lovely and helpful and the location was great, but the hotel definitely needs a make over, was very dated, we just needed a bed for the night and the bed was actually really comfy but I feel they need to put a bit of money and attention in to the place .
GBThe hosts were very helpful and accommodating. My 15 year old son has a external metal frame on his leg and they ensured we where in the best room with the most space for him to get about safely. Very friendly and nice room
The window in the bedroom had quite a bad draft coming from it so we put the heater on that was supplied however the plug kept getting hot so I didn't want to risk leaving it on incase a fire was caused.
GBNot thing the room was tiny there was no heating and it was dirty and they got a room for a 77 year old women to walk up the stairs.
