Was not able to check in . Worker at front desk refused to help us . I was not able to check in

It’s unsafe, very suspicious activities, open to the street, lot of people walking in and out , smell of weed and alcohol everywhere, it was dirty and trash in the floor, I don’t understand how this trash place is listed, it was a trap and nothing like the pictures, I didn’t feel safe to check in even though I booked private room, people says you get for what you pay, but not like that. I reported to booking that I’m concerned about my safety and need to cancel, they refused to cancel or refund me, even with everything I told them, instead of taking immediate actions

Not much… the guy at the counter is rude….

Watched him throw a toy at his kid to shut up and kid looks kindergarten age.
