very old , smells not good, furniture old staff not supportive

The hotel is located in the center of Rize. The location is good, but the hotel, favility, room, brackfast and staff are not so good to have good rest. The hotel is restored, tried to become new, but used old furniture, bath is teriible, during brackfa st there wernt spoons for coffee ☹️ breckfest too pure The pictures are great, but the real situation is bad

The staff was pleasant and friendly. Good breakfast.

The room was in bad condition. Broken doors of a shelf and a flowing faucet.

I booked suite for 3 nights the beds are comfortable and very clean

The hotel has 4 car parks sometimes don't find any.

It was the worst hotel experience in my life,I don’t recommend to stay in this place.Room was very old there was no drinking water in our room,we asked about it to reception They replied that you can drink from the tap. There was no socket in the room except for the socket where the Tv was plugged in. The sound insulation is very bad, even the sound of peeing can be heard in the toilet in the next room.
