not getting the code for the gate before arriving. would have been helpful to get check in information before arrival

The price, the staff and the location(10 /15 min walk from town). It's right across from the Mallow train station. Breakfast was a great price and kids were free.

It was hard to get staff. Ring the phone number at reception and they'll send someone down to you. There was no lift so stress this when booking to get the rooms downstairs. Staff will help with luggage too if needed .

The staff are so friendly , room was clean bed was comfortable there was shower gel and handwash . The shower was hot and powerful enough

Room was a bit cold - the heating didn’t seem to come on . The hotel is located right on a busy road and the sound of the traffic is constant . Breakfast didn’t happen - we went down at 7.50am no one to be seen and no breakfast or coffee or tea available .

There is no hot water.

There was no one at the front desk when I called a full hour later to answer.

The size of the room was good. Having access to Netflix was great because the normal tv didn’t work

The room was in disrepair, the lights were hanging off of the walls with gaping holes around the metal casings. The bathrooms need gutting and replaced. There was a brown buildup around the toilet wastepipe and the flooring had mould around the edges. The shower didn’t empty very well and pooled around our feet when we tried to shower, the water ran dangerously boiling hot and freezing cold without ever finding a reasonable and stable temperature to shower in. The heating was full blast making it impossible to sleep comfortably because opening the window created way too much noise from the bypass outside. The walls were also paper thin and there was so much noise coming from other people that I had to knock and request they lowered their voices as it was keeping my child from sleeping at 11.30pm. We also had an infestation of silver fish in the bathroom. When I reported it, staff came in to squish them and that was it, we had to keep the light on in the bathroom to keep them from coming out, when the light was off I counted about 8 at once. Gross. They feed off of mould so that says more than this review could. The breakfast was an additional €7 despite booking.com stating it was included in my booking. The available breakfast was scrambled or fried eggs, sweaty cheese not kept cool, ham again not kept cool, cucumber and tomato, rolls, two types of cereal, toast, tea and coffee. There wasn’t any fruit available, the young lady tried to find some for my daughter but there wasn’t any.

When i arrived to the place it did not feel comfortable about tĥe place it gave off a very bad vibe.

1st when we got to the place the guy could not found my booking. Then there was a couple that was fighting in the reception amd there was fighting in the rooms around ours. And it just was not comfortable at all.
