The host communication was perfect. She was very helpful. The house was wonderful, both in terms of the number and layout of the rooms, and in terms of the spaciousness of the place, and it had a small garden. All services were available, including washing machines, irons, and the internet. Parking was plentiful, so there was no difficulty finding a place. The building is new and the place is very clean. In fact, I think the photos on the website don't do the place justice; it's even better than it appears in the pictures.

All beds are double, and there are no extra sheets or cover. Some of the curtains are more sheer and don't block out the light.

House is warm and comfortable. It's in a lovely area

There's no toaster or microwave in the kitchen and a shortage of glasses and mugs . Also the pillows are flat and only one each .

We showed up and somebody was already renting property. They charged us and now I have to get refund from bookings.com. Terrible (No) Communications from property management.

No house instruction manual, hard to find WiFi password, no microwave, toaster, hair dryer or dish towels, bird droppings on kitchen window and patio, grass not cut with weeds, in main bedroom Men’s underwear and antacid left in drawer, only one pillow on beds and these had coverlets on them which you don’t really sleep on and they didn’t look clean, light over sink in attached bathroom out, shower backing up in attached bathroom, dirty footprint in shower, floor slippery needs mat, shower water on & off, controls hard to turn, no floor mat. Shower 2 no curtain, shower head not attached to wall, no shower gel, only liquid hand soap, a used bar of soap left in shower along with back brush from someone else. Description said 3 bathrooms but it is really 2 1/2 bath. Someone’s hairband left in desk drawer downstairs. The place is new but looks unfinished. Construction and fences across streets makes it difficult to get to with google maps

This is a near or brand new home in a very quiet suburban outside of Swords but we don’t mind because we had a rental car It has everything that we need for a holiday in Dublin The owner was very nice to store our luggages before we went to Belfast thank you Cristina

Newer or thicker bath towels would make this booking perfect but this a my personal opinion

three bathrooms, house was nice, kitchen great, area great

The house was very clean and tidy. The living areas are spacious as well as 2 of the three bedrooms. I liked how they only had larger beds which fit our needs well. The beds were comfy.

It's not a dislike, rather a suggestion. I think the home could use some warmth, some home-y touches. Whether it's some color on the walls, more art on the walls, or more throw blankets. The home was so clean and new that it didn't feel lived in yet. This is just personal taste. Someone else may disagree. There's construction going on across the street, which was noisy at times. They also closed down the street that goes to the house, so we needed to take a roundabout way through the development to get to the house.
