Palmetto Hotel Business San Miguel

Staff were helpful and accommodating. My initial room showed that the sheets hadn't been changed, I checked in very late and was feeling very unhappy about the situation. The receptionist was kind and understanding. She organized a room change for me.

The room I was given was facing the main road and you could hear every noise from the road and the airplanes. The bed was hard the pillows were very soft. It was a very uncomfortable night, I only slept (a short sleep) because I was so tired and woke up very sore. There should be some form of noise reduction installed. It was such a nice room but very uncomfortable.

Deben mejorar la variedad del desayuno, es bastante limitado. El plato que pedí en el restaurant me llegó frío, deberían mejorar el servicio a la habitación.

Fácil acceso, limpio, buena atención

O atendimento das pessoas, principalmente da recepcionista do período noturno, sempre muito educada tentando entender o que eu falava e sempre solicita em ajudar. Os quartos são confortavéis e sempre que chegavamos estava limpinho e cheiroso, pessoal da limpeza do andar quando a gente passava muito simpaticos perguntava se estava tudo bem. Comemos um dia a noite no restaurante e fomos bem atendidos e os sanduiches estavam muito bom.

Na verdade o que não gostei não depende tanto do hotel em si é que como ele é mais afastado dos pontos turísticos precisavamos pegar Uber para chegar em qualquer lugar e ai que estava o mais chato da cidade, o transito é muito ruim qualquer distância mínima é 40 min de carro, isso é muito chato. Então programos alguns passeios levando em consideração essa questão.
