The staff were excellent. Mohan in particular took care of us very nicely. The location of the hotel is also very good. Near to all the attractions in ooty.

Not having a fan is a bummer especially in day time when it's sunny. Current was not there for entire day which was really troublesome. Privacy of the room could have been better.
