Off the main road so was much quieter in the evenings which was great for getting to sleep.

Francesco was very accommodating, always went the extra mile to make sure I was okay even though it rained heavily most of the time I was there.

Power cut, and not so easy to find

The hosts were really attentive and helpful. They actively reached out in advance to offer me tips and support for my trip, and they were always readily available to respond to any questions or requests that I had. The hotel was not far from main tourist attractions such as Patong Beach, but it was far enough from the crowds to be quiet and peaceful. The room was homely, spacious and immaculate. AC, wifi, fridge, hot water - all worked perfectly. I really didn't want to leave the room to go anywhere because of all the comfort, and I'd happily stay here again if I ever returned to Phuket.

The staff is nice and friendly. No deposit is needed. Free beach towel. Cozy balcony. Good location.

It’s a bit old fashioned, in a room there are a lot of things that are not aesthetically pleasing. It’s not a big deal, especially considering the price, but still it makes sense. One more thing - there is no elevator, only stairs. But the staff helped me to carry my luggage.
