Everything was done with excellence. Food was very good. Great game drives. Friendly staff.

Quick from JHB except for roadworks but a good drive. The staff were friendly. There are a lot of animals around the hotel which was lovely and we had some good sightings of cheetah, rhino, lion and zebra, giraffe on the drives.

1. Superior rooms advertised are actually the pictures of suites so you are completely thrown when you get there and the room is far less than what was expected. Superior rooms are comfortable clean and bathrooms are great. Rooms are a little dated. Chairs are far too big for the room and you have to keep pushing them out the way to get to the light switch or to open the glass door leading outside. 2. Game drives are good but the vehicle we were given was changed twice - were not good. my seat was broken. the windshield was cracked. the gears caught on one vehicle and couldn't go above gear 2. We had terrible rain on one drive and got soaked completely and there was lightning and we had to ask to go back as the ranger was just continuing. We couldn't even sit comfortably as the cooler box with drinks was under our seat and the back was not long enough and we had to sit with our feet on and off. Other vehicles were fine. It was our group that kept getting the bad vehicles not sure why? Also not sure how we were grouped. Other guys always got to sightings before us and we missed out. Plus sightings are only 5 mins. 3. Service is very slow and I had to ask for washcloths 3 times before it came on day 2.

The fact that the walls are thin, you can actually hear the person in the next unit. The bed/mattress as well needs to be changed.
