The breakfast was exceptional, had different choices.The food tasted good

Refilling water bottles, my sister has running stomach on Saturday night and I experienced the same problem on Sunday morning

Amazing food, lovely staff

All the meals were enjoyable. There was a wide variety of choices, and most items were prepared really well. It would have been nice to see a few more gluten-free and lactose-free options, especially for dessert, but this wasn't much of an issue. There was unfortunately no milk-alternative other than macadamia milk. The game rangers were most young ladies who were extremely knowledgeable, brave and kind. Exceptional experience!

The conservation fee communicated on February 24th was R200, on departure on March 1st, it was R220. Despite the provisor of the amount being subject to change, this was unexpected within less than a week of the initial communication and information online. Our room was not set up according to how we had requested Finding our room in the dark was difficult, especially because the entrance to the room was on the opposite side of the buildling from our approach.
