Le calme, la propreté, la qualité de la literie, les équipements, la proximité du centre ville et la qualité du document d’informations communiqué par les propriétaires !

Dommage que le lieu de vie soit un peu sombre… mais en ouvrant la porte, il y a plus de luminosité !
