Dirty. Looked nothing like the photos. Was so very noisy. Staff ignore the do not disturb sign.

We had a couple of things that didn't go well. We found some ants and spiders in the house. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. The sofa was broken as well. The kitchen was under construction and not usable, and I didn't see it mentioned anywhere.

Arriving to the adresss very hard, no indication+the gyy speak on the phond was irrespectiful, does not respect clients, No reception!!!! A lot of noise!!!!beaucoup de bruit!!!!! Muito barulho atè as 04 da manhã!!!! Insuppuportavèl 0/10
THPTRabbit room: The architecture of the place was very cool and we appreciated that there were cooking supplies available (salt, pepper, napkins - oil would've been a nice addition). The bed was comfy and, as it's a basement unit, it was nice there was a dehumidifier provided.
Rabbit room: The shower didn't drain well and ended up flooding the bathroom and even into the adjoining bedroom, so make sure you don't have anything on the floor. It also rained during our stay and water came into the back door onto the floor. We notified our host (via Booking and Whatsapp) and asked for more towels as we had used them all to clean up the water and we didn't get a response (albeit apologetic) until a couple of days later which was unfortunate. And just to note - the back door out to the patio is a convenient addition, however it didn't lock very securely, which was especially concerning because the outer building gate didn't lock at all. We felt more exposed than we would've liked.

GBThere was an emergency at our original hotel and this was a last minute booking. Check in was easy.
The facilities were very mouldy which made the room smell of mildew at night. It was smaller than our original hotel but more expensive. When the hotel sent an invoice to booking.com for us to get compensated, the invoice they sent displayed the wrong amount paid and we did not get the full amount of our money back. We have not been unable to rectify this and have lost 40€ as a result.
FRWhen we first arrived it felt very cute and charming
It is EXTREMELY noisy, the walls and floors are paperthin, you can hear people above talking. First night we had a crying baby, and second night at 3 in the morning the people above us git ready to leave early. With the floors and walls being so thin we did not sleep.
IEThis property is advertised as a “villa” but it’s just bedrooms in a house. Some bedrooms have no doors! There is no kitchen, even though the photos show a kitchen - we arrived with food & drinks to have for breakfast the next day - nowhere to store them. No access to water, no hot water in the shower and really poorly fitted bathrooms, no hairdryer, no mirrors in the rooms, we were not aware as a family of 7 people we were in a house share, which was not acceptable. With very noisy neighbours! Talking and shouting at 3am! The host Nuno was incredibly rude when he eventually called us after sending multiple messages. He was offensive and rude, we were really disappointed and upset. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
