Charming Studio in Central Swansea

I did NOT like that the arrival info was so very poor! The address that I was given was in fact the Coop supermarket next door!? Really really rubbish!! When I got the correct, NOT even a number in it! Come on this is a joke!! No details of where the key box is located- really, really rubbish for guests arriving when it’s dusk!!🤬🤬🤬 Finally got into the building and the room was okay- but VERY overpriced for what it is! It is in Swansea not a major city! I have Felt rather ripped off actually! The bed was really, really uncomfortable! God knows how old the mattress is but certainly needs replacing ASAP!!!!!! I dare not move the tv to watch from the worlds most uncomfortable armchair as the tv bracket is just about to fall off the wall! The drainage in the shower needs sorting- have a shower and you are almost up to your ankles in water as it does not drain properly at all!!

Convenient and a bonus of getting a free parking space just outside the property for the week

Great location, modern flat, great facilities.

The lock box is not obvious at all. There are 3 lock boxes around the property and you need to make it clear which one is for this property.

The accomodation was neat and comfy. Felt very homely. City centre and the beach were only 15min walk away, which is ideal. Co-op next door is ideal if wanting to do some cooking.

If I being really nit picky, the mattress could be more comfy.

The location was central enough. The bed was comfortable and it had a basic kitchen The en-suite was clean and useful

It would have been helpful to have had the right address as it took us half an hour plus a phone call to locate it. Also there were 2 flights of stairs to the flat which were not mentioned. This was not a problem for us but it could have been It was quite small which is not really surprising in central Swansea and lacked a wine bottle opener and scissors Parking was a big problem with only road parking okay good overnight but only for an hour during the day with limited return. This was quite a problem All this has been reported back to the owners who have said they will correct their information
