The Emerald House

Feels home away from Home.Guptaji is very humble and a great host.He guided right away from how to reach. Flat has all the amenities you would need and can even make tea for yourself well equipped with water Purifier, fridge, washing machine and furniture. Only missing thing was TV which he promised would be there on our next visit 🙂. From Godawlia chowk rikshaw may take 180-200 and while reaching this place.and if you are traveling to Godawalia chowk rickshaws may take 30-50 rs per seat from emrald house. Recommended for families for good and comfortable stay

We normally avoid hustle of hotels so would prefer home stays , This one has exceeded our expectations,The owners are quite cultured and learned family , They were very polite, professional and prompt in replying messages. GO FOR IT.

We were a family of 4 who came to varanasi for family trip. Its the best place that you can find for a small group or family, as it is very well maintained and the owner is very helpful :) He even allowed us to stay for a longer time without taking extra money (as our flight was delayed). Also we could checkin at 8AM as the previous guests left earlier. All amenities like washing machine, kitchen appliances are present. It's 9-10mins by auto rickshaw or E rickshaw to the city centre. Important places like Dashashwamedh ghat, kashi vishwanath and all important temple are very well reachable. You'll feel like home if you stay here. It's hastle free and feels like home, rather than a typical hotel. I would recommend it to anyone who's coming to varanasi in future.

It was a exceptional apartment to be honest which had all the amenities you would need on a vacation with your family. It was clean when we entered and we preferred keeping it that way till we left. The location of the apartment is also of paramount importance as all the tourist locations are quite nearby and would not take you more than 20 minutes. There are some good small eatery options nearby as well just in case you don't want to cook your dinner but they usually close by 10:00 pm. Now coming to the hosts, they were the best we have ever met, supporting and guiding us all throughout our stay. In case you are alone or with family and kids do not hesitate to book this apartment if is available. We have been in UK for 7 years now but never seen an home stay as good as this one.
