The location was superb. 1 km down the street and through the tunnel, and you're one gorgeous bridge away from the center. The location has nearby large shopping centers and a small Asian restaurant <50 m. away. The rooms were clean. The apartment is really fresh and re-decorated not so long ago. The furniture, appliances, everything is new. The apartment is spacious. The TV works and has internet, the wi-fi internet quality is ok. The host is a nice fellow, ready to cooperate. The apartment has a balcony. It is not that loud outside (a lot calmer than we expected) Cooking utensils, save on the restaurants, cook a meal for yourself easily (everything is there for both a quick breakfast before the Budapest adventure and an easy cook supper when you get back home)

Picked this apartment to travel with a relative. Two bedrooms, two bedroom TV's, two separate toilets at different sides of the apartment. 1. No TV's in bedrooms (at least pictures are removed now) 2. One of the toilets wasn't working. 3. One of the beds in one of the bedrooms was just not prepared (no bed linen). So it immediately defeated the purpose of choosing this property. When the owner came back to us the next day, and brought the bed linen (he was available by phone) he told us you can go number 1 but not number 2 in one of the toilets. Which, again, we were not told about. And we book a long time in advance. The door closes in a VERY specific way. You need to rack the door handle up as a part of the routine. It is not specified in the booking com section. The Apartment house door is opened by a button. But not a regular button you find somewhere near the door, but a light-switch-type button 1,5 meters away from it. Which is also not specified. We have also chosen this apartment due to the bath being present. No curtains or anything. The bath is not connected to the wall, so if you try to put the water stream on you (and facing the wall) it just goes on the floor behind the bath tub. Only one towel per person was present at the start.

On the positive side, the location is really excellent, quiet, and very close to the bus station, which made getting around the city easy. Overall, the location is great, but the accommodation needs to fix these issues in order to match what was advertised.

We booked this accommodation as two couples, mainly because the listing stated that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately, that wasn’t exactly the case. One of the bedrooms has an entrance directly from the living room, and the doors couldn’t be fully closed, which reduced privacy. In the same room, the air conditioning wasn’t working (we wanted to use it for extra heating), and in the bathroom belonging to that room, the toilet was not functional, which was a major issue considering the advertised amenities.

Très bel appartement, moderne tout en ayant du cachet. Emplacement idéal près de la gare Déli, juste séparé par un parc. Hôte réactive et self-checking bien indiqué. Merci pour tout.

Καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα σε ένα πράσινο πάρκο. Με το λεωφορείο 5 που πέρναγε πολύ συχνά σε λίγες στάσεις πας στα περισσότερα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος στην άλλη πλευρά (την Πέστη) και εννοείται με τα πόδια πας στο κάστρο της Βούδας. Σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση μετρό και τραμ. Ωραίο, φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο σπίτι με καλή αισθητική. Ήσυχοι γείτονες. Υπήρχαν διαθέσιμες κάψουλες καφέ και ταμπλέτες πλυντηρίου πιάτων και λίγα άλλα πράγματα στην κουζίνα. Από κάτω σχεδόν μινι μαρκετ και φούρνος και λίγο πιο πέρα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ.

Αρχικά ζοριστήκαμε να βρούμε πως να ανοίξουμε την πόρτα του διαμερίσματος (είναι πολύ περίεργη η παλιά πόρτα και το χερούλι), και μετά δεν γράφει πουθενά ότι για να βγεις από την αρχαία πόρτα της κεντρικης εισόδου πρέπει να πατήσεις ένα διακόπτη ηλεκτρικό. Πέρναγαν κάθε λίγα λεπτά οχήματα εκτάκτου ανάγκης (περιπολικά, ασθενοφόρα κτλ) με σειρήνες σχεδόν όλη μέρα και λίγο την νύχτα. Παρά τα κουφώματα που είναι καινούρια και παρά το γεγονός ότι το σπίτι είναι στον 3ο όροφο, δυστυχώς ακούς τα πάντα. Πολύ σπαστικό αυτό, αλλά αυτή η συνθήκη ισχύει σε όλη την πόλη από ό,τι παρατήρησα, εκτός κι αν πετύχετε κατάλυμα σε στενό δρομάκι. Επίσης, παρότι είχε θέση για πλυντήριο ρούχων, δεν έχει. Επίσης, δεν έχει απλώστρα αν αποφασίσεις να πλύνεις κάτι. Τέλος, και στις δύο τουαλέτες δεν είχε να κρεμάσεις πουθενά πετσέτα, ενώ όπου κι αν αποφάσιζες να κάνεις ντους, τα νερά πιτσιλίζονταν παντού και το σφουγγάρισμα ήταν σίγουρο. Μας άφησαν 4 μεγάλες πετσέτες αλλά δεν υπήρχαν μικρές κι επιπλέον για τις 7 διανυκτερεύσεις που κάναμε, κρίνονται λίγες.
