Beautiful cozy apartment with pool

Logement parfaitement conforme aux photos, dans un endroit calme et très sécurisé. Tout est très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine. Le propriétaire est très disponible et à l’écoute. C’est un lieu idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. J’y ai emmené ma mère pour une période de convalescence et elle a vraiment adoré. Expérience très positive, je recommande sans hésiter !

On our return yesterday we messaged our host but to date no response. We asked for a ground floor apartment and this is listed as ground floor but as per pictures it is up a flight of steps. On entry there is evidence of pets in the property and a distinct cat smell, also a foul drain smell from the kitchen area. The evenings well rather chilly as the 2 oil filled radiators did not work and one of the a/c units would not work and the other despite setting it to 30 degrees did not make any difference. On the first morning of our stay we opened the shutters to find linen and towels outside on an airer, no message to say how long they had been there and to be sure we had to rewash them all. It was a very fine pool area but no sun loungers or chairs to enjoy the area. The apartment has excellent potential but attention to details is very important.

Le propriétaire est disponible et très accommodant. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier très tranquille. Il est situé dans un complexe sécurisé avec un stationnement. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Les lits sont confortable, nous y avons très bien dormi. C'est très pratique d'avoir 2 salles de bains vu que nous étions 4 personnes. Grand patio avec vue sur les jardins.

L’emplacement à 20mn du centre ville et 17 mn de l’aéroport, le calme de la résidence mais il faut quand même une voiture

Un micro onde et une bonne cafetière seront un plus

Environnement vert et fleuri avec piscine. Jolie vue de la terrasse et très bien situé

Very comfortable apartment with air conditioning. Best cuisine we had in Morocco. Very well-maintained grounds and pool.

Communication prior to arrival could have been clearer. However, it was then resolved on its own. You drive onto the premises and have to show your passports to security, who then also helps you find your apartment.
