Ησυχία και στην οικοδομή και στους γυρω δρόμους.....ασφαλεια με 2 θωρακισμενες πορτες τοσο στην κατω εισοδο οσο και στο διαμερισμα....θυροτηλεοραση....εχει τα παντα απο εξοπλισμό.....μονιμη θέση παρκιγκ πίσω από την οικοδομή.....ατομικη θερμανση με αεριο σε οτι θερμοκρασία επιθυμεις....συνεννόηση με ιδιοκτήτρια αψογη.....εκείνος που ψάχνει περισσότερα μένει στο σπίτι του.....!!!

Όταν ξαναπάω και δω κατι σας ενημερώνω.....
