Saubere Unterkunft mit allem , was das Herz begehrt. Annalisa bereitet einem einen tollen Urlaub, sie hat das Herz auf dem rechten Fleck. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber man ist schnell am Strand.DM, Supermarkt, Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kaffee,Tee, Obst stand alles zur Verfügung. Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend di luglio in questa struttura e non potevamo essere più soddisfatti! L’host, Annalisa, è stata meravigliosa: ci ha aspettato fino alle 22 per un check-in tardivo e ci ha mostrato ogni dettaglio della struttura con estrema cura. È una struttiura nuovissima, moderna e curata: cucina attrezzata, bagni impeccabili, un comodissimo terrazzino, sale comuni e una stanza davvero carina, perfetta per due. Ogni comfort era presente, persino un kit per le donne nel periodo mestruale (nemmeno negli hotel a 5 stelle si trovano chicche del genere). La stanza era spaziosa e silenziosa. Altra cosa fantastica, Annalisa ci ha permesso di parcheggiare nel box chiuso, dandoci anche la possibilità di tenerci dentro la macchina fino a ben oltre l’orario del check-out. È sempre stata disponibile, sorridente, con un’educazione rara: lavorando con il pubblico, so bene quanto sia difficile mantenere entusiasmo, soprattutto quando si devono ripetere a tutti praticamente le stesse cose, eppure lei lo fa con un sorriso che sembra quasi la prima volta anche per lei. Consigliatissimo, sappiamo già dove ritorneremo!

It is a well located apartment, close to the bus/train station, the old town center, the sea and beaches. The host is extremely kind and really helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Rimini and the surrounding areas.

The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions of Rimini, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with recommendations and any questions we had. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, quiet, and maintained to a very high standard. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived and truly appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend Zuara9Room Rimini to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and convenient place to stay. We would definitely love to come back!
