Hotel Utsav Grand

Good, comfortable and neat hotel. Menu options are provided from an adjacent restaurant. The breakfast menu is very limited and we had to choose from a limited number of options. Mr vishnu from the front desk is a wonderful person and very helpful with a passionate heart to serve the customers. Centrally located hotel but the surrounding areas can get crowded during festivities like the kumbh mela

Spotlessly clean , great WIFI, courteous staff

The location was so close to the Ghats that it made the area too crowded and noisy and due to Shivrathri the road was closed which made us to walk more than 10 minutes with our suitcases and to get a tuk tuk and then to catch a taxi to the taxi to airport . When we arrived , the taxi refused to go to the hotel due to heavy traffic and we did the same journey with heavy suitcases

The location and size of the room given

Ground floor, noisy, hard to operate the door and latches, broken commode plates. no glass partition for bathroom. More over they said breakfast is complimentary, gave limited options and something they would get it for you in plastic bags.

Breakfast is very very poor. This is the only most thing which is making me to decide that I wont stay again. Room is small for three persons. Should not allow extra bed

The location is fantastic The property has a BIG private CAR parking for hotel guests - free for hotel guests The room was clean, the staff was courteous and polite, it is just walking distance from Kashi Vishwanath temple corridor and river Ganga All tourist attractions are nearby, the hotel has a good multi cuisine veg restaurant There is also a good sweet shop " Kashi Delights " in the hotel campus that has authentic Kashi sweets, must try their walnut burfi and pista paan
