Hotel Utsav Grand

The location was good,very close to the market and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashwasmedh Ghat. The Staff and Manager were very Friendly,courteous and helpful. We as a Family enjoyed our stay in this hotel..it was very homely and the food below in the Restaurant was very tasty and the staff were very nice 🙂

I stayed in Hotel Utsav Grand during my pilgrimage visit to Varanasi. The hotel is located at walkable distance from Kashi Vishwanath temple and holy river Ganges. All other tourist locations are near. They have big car parking area and the room/washroom are neat and clean. The service standards are good and market is nearby. The hotel was peaceful and the restaurant food/room service is very good.

Location is perfect.

Geyser not installed. No intercom for reception and restaurant. No AC installed. Costly as per facilities.

I like that the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Not valued for money. For 6500 simple room, I expect much better services. When I asked for an extra bed mattress, we got 1 thin mattress which we previously got 200 times better in a 3000 rs hotel. And for that mattress , they were charging another 1500rs. For anything above 3000 inr, I will not recommend this hotel. 3000inr is only because of cleanliness and location as well l we were able to get car here and were able to park the car!

The place was quite upto the mark. Enjoyed our stay. The staff was cooperative. The staff facilitated the services according to our need. We would surely like to stay again!

Rooms service could have been a bit more on time.
