The location

It was under maintainance and very messy.There was no lift, we had to climb three floors to reach our room.

Located in the prime place , big rooms. Good tea during breakfast, on request we moved to second floor rooms.

No lift, no cleanliness in the room, water heater was not placed in the room. Hot water provided only after request. No intercom to call ushers, worst breakfast - uncooked upma with already kept refrigerator cut fruits, Chenna without any masala or basin, only bread with jam two slices each ate. We managed to provide good tea. I came with my wife, along with both parents. I could have checked before giving full money.

Worst experience ever in my life. No helpful staff. No required facilities.
