location was okay 15-20mins from klia2 easy to check in

rooms so dusty toilet light so dim, light on and light off difference also whole house smelly and yellowish plug faulty insects everywhere (spiders, small cockroaches) towel smelly pillows are yellowish and dusty property owner blame us for smoking in the house but actually it was there when we arrive, we arrived at 230am for sure tiring and we just bathe to sleep, during checkout the cleaner told the property owner the whole house smell like cigarettes and send picture of cigarettes butt property owner want to try deduct our deposit, in some reviews also they did the same thing to other customers, claim that they checked the house before we check in funny thing huh whole house so damn dusty with insects all over the place even on drinking cups also spiders hanging on the clothes rack and towels. the house is so yellowish and smelly the standard checkout time for stays is always 12pm but this unit/ company told you to checkout at 11am ya😊 my stay is only 8 hours and they come mess with me like this really bad experience here will never come again don’t have the time to take picture of everything as we are so tiring, paid 100rm as cleaning fee but i don’t think they clean the house as the price, told the property owner about the cleanliness of the house they totally ignored it and said “the issue now is cigarette”

Swimming pool for kids

The staff shows no professional in managing customer expectation. Wild accusation by the staff and cleaner: 1. Lots of dirt / dirty stains on the duvet, bedsheet Our response: No reason for us to make dirt on the unit and ask for prove but they cant provide any picture as a prove 2. The whole unit has a strong smoking smell Our response: nobody smoked in the unit as we have kids and elderly The staff informed to impose a penalty by deducting the deposit. When we said to visit their office to discuss f2f, suddenly no penalty, and they will refund the deposit in full. Really bad experience. Really bad
