Cozy Flat Condesa

Everything - responsive owner on messages - flat is super located - very very quiet at night - hot water and good pressure Apartment is very tastefully decorated with lots of nice lighting - that's very rare in Mexico! Good kitchen with fridge and ice box Bed was comfy and not hard Location is great to explore Condesa & Roma Norte by foot - metro only 10 minutes away if you want to go further

It was a little chilly in the evening - there is no Central heating and I couldn't see any extra heat source (altho the owner may be happy to supply something - I didn't ask) - something you may want to consider if you are coming at a colder time of year

I was able to drop my luggage really early and then also check in earlier too which was super helpful. The location is good, you can walk to a lot of places and then uber to anywhere a bit further away (it’s cheap to Uber). The kitchenette has enough for you to be able to cook basic meals and the fridge is good. Shower was nice and hot. It’s not super fancy, I didn’t really use it to hang out much, it was more of a base while I did other things.

It was cold as there’s no heating, but I was there the end of January so this wouldn’t be a problem most of the year. The fitted sheet was a little small for the bed and kept slipping off.

The location was very good, close to many places at walking distance. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Also, the host was very attentive and gave us exact indications. The decor was a nice touch as well.

The apartment felt a little stuffy when we first arrived but I guess it was because it had been raining all week.

The bed is relatively small for two and not very clean: some hair doesn’t belong to us. The building is quite old.

a lovely little flat in a perfect location. Carlos is an amazing host, we felt very well taken care of. and cute deco!it’s also really convenient to have a kitchen to have an early breakfast as things open late in the city.

the beds weren’t the most comfortable. especially the sofa bed wasn’t fit for sleeping more than one or two nights, may be best for a couple rather than a family. we stayed for a week in April and it was over 30degrees daily, so the flat could get quite hot, a fan or two would have been great.

Looked just like the photos. Clean and spacious. Great restaurant next door.

Owner didn’t receive my updated check out date which meant he tried to come into the apartment while I was inside and accused me of overstaying and told me I needed to leave immediately. It felt quite scary and I tried contacting booking.com about this at the time but still haven’t heard back from them. Owner received the updated information and has apologised but that was a very negative experience.

Excellent location right in the heart of Condensa and only a short walk to Chaultupec park, museums, playgrounds and restaurants. The apartment itself is super comfortable, clean and has all the amenities you need as a family. Especially if you want to do some cooking. Great host, gave us lots of recommendations for the area and instructions to make our stay comfortable.
